Our Bawdy shaper is used to add additional resistance challenge to natural movements, such as squats , lunges, hip adduction & etc. The shaper helps engage your hips and glutes during lower body exercises, leaving you with the best results when your trying to get nice round glutes.
For the best results wear while working-out daily. I recommend wearing over leggings or biker shorts for more comfortability. Shaper is NOT super stretchy, suppose to HUG your body. Does not come with under grommet.
