I remember a very unauthentic time period in my life, when I first started my weight gain journey 2017. I was told I was to skinny and I would look better thicker, be mindful of what you say whether a person is big or small , your opinion can affect someone self-esteem. It definitely took a toll on me, seeing woman on social media with thick curvy body's , constantly worrying about others opinions made me feel inadequate. My unauthentic weight gain journey brought me temporally happiness. I was missing something, something that is so essential SELF LOVE. When I shifted my focus inward it change my life completely, it was the beginning of me connecting with my authentic self . I than began to SELF-REFLECT and that really played a big part in my well-being, helping me understand myself more & PRAYER , FAITH , PATIENCE followed. Creating a healthier lifestyle mentally and physically has inspired me to create BAWDY SHAPEWEAR. I am so PASSIONATE and FRUITFUL about everything I have learned from my personal experience. I have also taken the time out to test out each product, workouts, and supplements that have been very efficient for me. Bawdy shapewear products has really helped me get better faster results and ALWAYS has me feeling COMFORTABLE and SEXY. Everything I have incorporated in my fitness journey has enhanced my MIND, BODY and SOUL, helping me become a better version of myself.
